Founded
Chabrin Agencies Limited was established in Nairobi, Kenya — beginning with residential property management across the city's key neighbourhoods.
Growing the Portfolio
Steadily expanded the managed portfolio, deepening roots across Nairobi's zones while extending coverage to Kiambu County towns along Thika Road and towards Kenol in Murang'a County.
EARB Registration
Attained full registration with the Estate Agents Registration Board of Kenya, cementing our professional standing and regulatory compliance.
Commercial & Valuation Services
Expanded into commercial property management and professional valuation services, growing to over 400 managed properties across 7 zones (A–G).
Technology Upgrade
Launched our internal lease management platform (CHIPS) to digitise workflows, enhance tenant communication, and provide real-time landlord reporting.
